Hello RV Travel Club Members,
A little while ago we sent out a “strawman survey” to get a feel for how many members might be interested in a National Rally in Sevierville in May. 2026. The Rally fee = $0
At that time, we had not received confirmation dates and prices from the resort. We just today received that information.
The dates they are offering us are Arrival: Sunday, May 17th. Departure: Friday May 22nd. We have use of their Event Center for these 5 days. You may stay two days after these dates at the special rally rates if you’d like to do some local sightseeing.
The Rally Rates we’re being offered are:
- Premium Sites: $72.99
- Tiny Homes: $99.00
- Glamping Tents: (good for multiple couples) $105.99
If you look on their website, https://theridgeoutdoorresort.com you’ll see these are very discounted rates. It’s a beautiful resort, spend some time on their website to see all they have to offer.
Only after we commit to them that we will have the rally, will you be able to get these rally prices. You may NOT book online to get these rates. You will have to call and speak to someone that is assigned to us. We will send that information soon.
We MUST have a ballpark count to know if it’s worth while going forward with this rally as we need to commit to them by Monday, October 6th. With that deadline, please respond with your interest level by Saturday October 4th.
Below are excerpts from the contract they have sent to us:
To Secure Reservations:
● Members are responsible for booking reservations from designated rally blocks of sites, 1st night of reservation will be collected upon making reservation and 7 days prior to arrival balance will be collected.
● Individual Reservations MUST be canceled or changed at least 7 days PRIOR to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the resort during business hours. Email notifications are NOT accepted. Reservations CANNOT be shortened upon arrival or during your stay with any type of refund or transfer of money to a future reservation. Reservations are locked on the 7th day.
● We offer an OPTIONAL $25.00 Carefree Vacation Protection Program that allows you to cancel up until your day of arrival. Carefree Guarantee is NON-REFUNDABLE & must be purchased at time of booking. Carefree Guarantee does not provide refunds or credits for early departure. In the event, you need to cancel inside the 7 day cancellation period and you have purchased the Carefree Guarantee policy at time of booking, you will be given a credit voucher for the amount of money paid LESS the $25.00 Carefree Guarantee Policy. We will not issue a refund inside the 7 day cancellation period, but The Carefree Guarantee Vacation Protection Policy allows you to reschedule your dates with a Credit Voucher/Gift Certificate that will be valid for 5 Years. In the event you choose new dates, you will have the option to purchase the Carefree Guarantee for your new dates.
● If a guest does not purchase the Carefree Guarantee, the cancellation policy will apply inside 7 days prior to arrival and you will lose your non-refundable deposit that is now due in full
7 days prior to arrival. We will not make any exceptions since we have offered this extremely affordable program that allows flexibility in uncertain times.
Now that we have the details, we really need your 2nd response. Previous responses are negated as we did not have the details that everyone wanted.
